Ilian Hill, November 5.
Ilian Hill — three weeks later.
On November 22, Ilian Hill, in Iriga City, was campground to hundreds of young men and women for the 5th One Southern Luzon Regional Scouts Jamboree of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.
Cool. But what a waste to such refreshing backdrop. Which is also home to the Agta-Tabangnons, or Iriga City’s Indigenous People.
The event was slated for six days, but the heavy rains broke the scouting spirit. In the morning of the 26th, the Scouts declared a break camp.
Just when the sun was in all brilliance.
