Seven days to my SKWW Photowalk. In the land of pancit bato and inulas. To lead a pack of photographers I don’t know, whose tongue I don’t speak.
If the stars align for me, this walk might give the come-on to some street togs from Manila including noted architect/designer Rolly B. Mercado who posed the question ‘what is special about Iriga city to be a photowalk venue?’
It’s embarrassing when you don’t have a quick answer.
What is special about Iriga..
After a long six minutes I replied: ‘Not much special. Just the usual country spirit.’
In other words — I don’t know.
So what is special about Iriga city?
Except for a few and widely scattered POI, the place is not as adorned as some visitors might expect.
And that’s just the interesting part.
Limitations — my dear friends — is the challenge. Let’s see how constraints can make you more creative.
For the time being, I’m right here on Baywalk. Watching the day go by.
