The Rope Toting Men of the Scottish Rite, Cagayan de Oro City
They were chanting this song, something about the “Sea Captain”, they were begging for food and asking for contributions and everything and they were hilariously funny. This is the 1st Hot Sands Ceremony by the Mindanao Shrine Club. Something like an initiation for a higher level in the Freemasonry.

Your title “The Scottish Rite in Cagayan de Oro City” should instead be “Shriners in Cagayan de Oro City”. The Shriners are the fun, fun, fun organization of Freemasonry and are well known for their charitable works and for having hospitals all over the world serving the needs ofcrippled and burnt children.
my genuine thanks Mr. Tirona..but my idea of the title is from a certain Mr. Gil (can’t recall his first name, a “camel herder” i believe)
