The Cliffs of Escarceo Point

A distant view of the lighthouse and the canyons of Escarceo Point along the waters of  Verde Island Passage  in Oriental Mindoro. A walking distance from Sabang Point (to the east from Puerto Galera).  Another shot from my treasure chest, this photo was taken one hot summer day some thirteen years ago. The place was deserted then. The only sign of  life here was that towering lighthouse and a creepy old sign that read “Ice Cold Beer.”
