Nagcarlan’s Underground Cemetery
These eerie photos of the Nagcarlan Underground Cemetery I have put up here goes with a prayer for the National Historical Institute’s forgiveness. You see, the curator told us we can use our cameras here on two conditions: no flash and..the images are for personal use only.
Im not stirring anything from this, but I believe that there is no such thing as personal use when it comes to photography. Besides, I asked her (the curator) if I could feature these photos for my page here. She replied: ”Siguro“. Well, that is not a YES, but it is’nt a NO either. Which gives me a valid palusot to show these images here, at least for the meantime? Lighten up people, this is the age of information.

The timeworn path leading to the basement is about 12 flights of stair under a poorly lit bulb. The place is so murky one must be very very careful in going up or down the steps. I tried my very best to Photoshop these images here for a clearer view of everything.

This underground cemetery is now considered as a national historical site. I guess that’s just about it. Now for the creepy part, click here. [...]
